Everyone should have received an email from Deb with a link for a mental wellness survey. I have confirmed with Deb this is anonymous. I filled it out and she showed me there is no identifier showing who it came from on the back end. I trust Deb, but I'm reassured after she showed me her screen.

 I was very honest with my answers, so probably should have confirmed with Deb before hitting submit and making myself the Guinea pig for the rest of you....
