The vote for VEBA contributions will be posted soon. I want to make sure everyone has a chance to share their input and have their questions answered before the vote. We want the membership to have their say on how much everyone will contribute from each paycheck. Such as $100, $50, or another amount. I would like to hear too what your thoughts on leave cashout contributions should be. This is especially important for those of you that may retire in the next couple of years. Should it be 100% of sick leave and vacation cashout? Or would it be preferable for only a certain percentage of that cashout to go into the VEBA?
