Please see the attached proposed contract renewal from our retained law firm (Vick, Julius, McClure).  The rate is $2946 per month, which is the same rate as our last contract.   

As this is a 3-year contract and the largest expenditure we pay (nearly $36k per year), I find it appropriate to put this out to all members.

Please vote (in next 7 days) whether or not you authorize me to sign this contract.
